The program also includes the dance drama spectacular “Mohabbat-the-Taj” and a visit to Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted imperial city of the Mughal dynasty, abandoned a few years after it was built. Clients will experience three game safaris in Ranthambhore in an open Canter Truck led by a naturalist guide in search of the Royal Bengal Tiger. The program is priced from $6,825 per person double occupancy, land only. An optional extension to Nepal is available.

Imperial Treasures of India includes stays in traditional palaces in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur and classic and contemporary properties in Delhi and Mumbai. In Agra, clients stay at The Oberoi Amarvilas, with guaranteed views of the Taj Mahal from guest room windows. In Delhi, clients will take a rickshaw ride through the Chandni Chowk Bazaar, drive along the Rajpath, and see the India Gate and Parliament House. They will also visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted imperial city of the Mughals and travel by Jeep to Jaipur’s Amber Fort. The price starts at $7,925 per person double occupancy, land only.
